Life goes on, and the missionary work moves forward here in the Washington, Tacoma Mission. We are setting goals for the new year, and with that comes an element of change. No matter who you are, or what phase of life you are in, the only constant that we can rely on is change. We came to this earth to change and to grow, and with the new year just around the corner, it is important to remember who we are, and why we change. The purpose of change is to grow, and become more like our father who is in heaven.
I gave a talk in sacrament meeting yesterday about goals, and changing our behavior through understanding the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I took a lot of my material from the following two talks. I would encourage you all to find the time to read them, set goals for yourself, and make the changes that you need to in your life to become better than you were before.
Make the preparations that you need to to start off the year of 2016 on a good note. I know that my life will change immensely in 2016, and I want to be sure that God is involved in those changes! Letting our faith in Christ and the gospel lead our lives is super duper important!
